Job advertisement - we advertise all jobs in the vacancies within our own website or could be advertised else e.g Recruitment Agency.
Application - you will download and complete an application forms Part 1 & 2 and return to the email address identified on the part 1 of the application form. In addition to the above forms there will be the current job description for downloading and a general summary of the recruitment & selection process.
Application Sifting - the employing manager and the HR Compliance Manager will carry out the sifting process. If you are selected for the next stage in the recruitment process we will contact you in the near future. Please do not attempt to contact any member of Express Traffic Management. If you do not hear anything from us within 4 weeks, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
Interview - the interview and interview questions will be designed around the role for which you are applying. You will be asked competence-based questions or which will help us to assess your skills, behaviours and capabilities and will be advised verbally if you were successful within 72 hours. If you do not hear from us within the advised time, you were not successful in this application.
Screening - all employees must comply with our drugs and alcohol policy. Anyone who refuses to comply will not be considered for employment with Express Traffic Management. All applicants are required to complete a medical questionnaire and any information required on disabilities; you will be required to provide to written evidence, as this will allow us to make any reasonable adjustments for your disability for you.

Job Offer - if you are the successful candidate, then we will make a job offer to you. The offer will specify the salary and location for the job and on day one you will be provided with your ‘Written Terms of Employment’.
